Veil OR Hijab Deception:-

The Arabic word 'Hijab' is sometimes translated as veil, but it can also signify anything that prevents something from being seen, such as a screen, a curtain, a wall or even a hymen. The root of the verb is 'Hajaba' meaning to 'Hide'.

Like almost every item of importance in the Quran, the idea of the hijab/veil is copied from the Bible both in its use to lightly and modestly cover the face of the woman of chastity as well as a curtain or a covering in the home. The first time the word veil is used in the Bible is in-

Genesis 24: 64 " And Rebekah lifted up her eyes, and when she saw Isaac, she lighted off the camel.65. For she had said to the servant, What man is this who walks in the field to meet us? And the servant had said, It is my master; therefore she took a veil, and covered herself"

Exodus 26: 33 "And you shall hang up the veil from the clasps, that you may bring in there inside the veil the ark of the Testimony; and the veil shall separate for you between the holy place and the most holy"

Exodus 34: 35 "And the people of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses' face shone; and Moses put the veil upon his face again, until he went in to speak with him"

In the Quran the term was originally used to mean a (Screen/Curtain/Divide from cloth) to separate especially the guests from the females of Muhammad's household.

The story that explains the reason for the particular 'revelation' of this Aya/verse 33:53 is mentioned in detail in Bukhari Hadith 8:255/7.

While the idea of the Hijab was to create an atmosphere of modesty among the females of  the believers, the male Muhammadan exgetes created an incredible set of lies to control women in body and soul and make them totally subservient to their will.

By what kind of twisted logic can one accuse the women of tempting men if these men are too weak or stupid to control their sexual predatory emotions?

Using exactly the same perverted logic, one can also accuse men of tempting women and have men wear the Hijab instead, especially since the Quran instructs bith of them to be chaste and modest.

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 8.255        Narrated byAnas bin Malik
that he was a boy of ten at the time when the Prophet emigrated to Medina. He added: I served Allah's Apostle for ten years (the last part of his life time) and I know more than the people about the occasion whereupon the order of Al-Hijab was revealed (to the Prophet). Ubai bin Ka'b used to ask me about it.
It was revealed (for the first time) during the marriage of Allah's Apostle with Zainab bint Jahsh. In the morning, the Prophet was a bridegroom of her and he invited the people, who took their meals and went away, but a group of them remained with Allah's Apostle and they prolonged their stay. Allah's Apostle got up and went out, and I too, went out along with him till he came to the lintel of 'Aisha's dwelling place. Allah's Apostle thought that those people had left by then, so he returned, and I too, returned with him till he entered upon Zainab and found that they were still sitting there and had not yet gone. The Prophet went out again, and so did I with him till he reached the lintel of 'Aisha's dwelling place, and then he thought that those people must have left by then, so he returned, and so did I with him, and found those people had gone.

At that time, the Divine Verse of Al-Hijab was revealed, and the Prophet set a screen between me and him (his family).

Sahih Al-Bukhari Hadith Hadith 8.257        Narrated byAisha
(the wife of the Prophet) 'Umar bin Al-Khattab used to say to Allah's Apostle "Let your wives be veiled." But he did not do so. The wives of the Prophet used to go out to answer the call of nature at night only at Al-Manasi.' Once Sauda, the daughter of Zam'a went out and she was a tall woman. 'Umar bin Al-Khattab saw her while he was in a gathering, and said, "I have recognized you, O Sauda!" He ('Umar) said so as he was anxious for some Divine orders regarding the veil (the veiling of women.) So Allah revealed the Verse of veiling. (Al-Hijab; a complete body cover excluding the eyes). (See Hadith No. 148, Vol. 1)

***Although both the Quran and hadiths clearly explain the meaning and reason for the Hijab, none the less, the male chauvinist followers of Muhammad deliberately misinterpreted and or misrepresented it to mean that the female followers should be covered from head to toe with a garment from which only their eyes can be seen.

This was a method to control women both in body and in soul so as to have them totally subservient to the will of the men as if they were domesticated animals.

They want to cover the female followers of Muhammad - hundreds of millions of God's human creatures - as if they are an offense to the Almighty.

Aisha, the child wife of Muhammad made it clear in several verses of the Hadith
(BH 8:257 for example)  that he never insisted that they - his wives - should be covered. Since the Sunna of Muhammad is supposed to be the prime exemplar of how his followers should act and behave, then they are actually misusing and abusing both the Quran and his Sunna to suit and and pervert but not to obey.

The interpreters of the Quran invariably mistranslate different Arabic terms to mean a Veil although the Quran actually uses various words - much better suited to describe the different situations.

The Arabic word Hijab is used in the Quran - four times - as in the following verses 7:46; 17:45; 38:32; 42:51 to describe a screen, a divide, a separator, a curtain, a veil of separation.

In none of them, is the word associated with any kind of dress or costume covering the whole body of anyone or anything.

In all the other verses of the Quran different words are used such as: Ghit'a meaning Covering Sheet/Blanket used in 18:101 & 50:22 but is mistranslated to veil.

       In 2:7 Ghishawatu/ Covering.

       In  7:54 Yughshi/ draws a curtain.

        in 12:107 Ghashiyatu/ Veil & 13:3 Yughshi/ Divides.

In many of the above instances, the interpreter invariably abuses the translation of the word to suit his own agenda by using the erroneous translation of veil.

24:31 And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils (wal yathribna bikhumurihinna) over their bosoms (ala juyoubihinna) and not display their beauty except to their husbands their fathers their husbands' fathers their sons their husbands' sons their brothers or their brothers' sons or their sisters' sons or their women or the slaves whom their right hands possess or male servants free of physical needs or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments.  And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards Allah that ye may attain Bliss.

*** The Arabic word Hijab is not mentioned in this verse. What is even more interesting is, that the Arabic word Juyubihinna which are the Nasal Sinuses is deliberately mistranslated by the interpreter to Bosoms.

It is due to these deliberate falsifications of the meaning of many Arabic words, that the females - 50% at least - of the followers of Muhammad are forced to wear the obnoxious, humiliating and degrading all body covering dress***

33: 53 O ye who Believe! enter not the Prophet's houses until leave is given you for a meal (and then) not (so early as) to wait for its preparation: but when ye are invited enter; and when ye have taken your meal disperse without seeking familiar talk.  Such (behavior) annoys the Prophet: He is ashamed to dismiss you but Allah is not ashamed (to tell you) the truthAnd when ye ask (his ladies) for anything ye want ask them from before a screen/ (Hijabi) that makes for greater purity for your hearts and for theirs. Nor is it right for you that ye should annoy Allah's Apostle or that ye should marry his widows after him at any time.  Truly such a thing is in Allah's sight an enormity.

*** It is crystal clear from the verse above, that all of its 'instructions' are to do with Muhammad's personal annoyance at the behaviour of his guests. As usual with Muhammad and his Quran, an instant 'revelation' was descended to turn his personal objections into unchallengeable 'divine sanctions' emanating from the unsuspecting rock god of the Ka'ba, Allah.

In fact, the actual Arabic words used in the verse above are
"…min warai  hijabi…" which should have been translated instead to
"… from behind a screen…".

By no stretch of the imagination can any intelligent being construe, that the verse implies or means

'to cover the body of the female believer with any special clothing'.

All it instructs, is that there should be a separation between the guests area of the home of the believers from the private areas.

The Hadiths show and prove, that the Quran exhibits a repeated pattern where in Allah was very attentive to Muhammad's personal mores, needs and proclivities  and was instantly at his beck and call by readily providing him with the relevant and appropriate 'revelations' as when and where he required them***

42:51        It is not fitting for a man that Allah should speak to him except by inspiration of from behind a veil  "…min warai hijabi…", or by the sending of a Messenger to reveal with Allah's permission what Allah wills: for He is Most High Most Wise.

*** This is exactly the same expression as used in 33:53 and I am sure that the reader would not assume, that Allah should be wearing a VEIL while addressing human beings ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.375 & 6.316/7; 8.255        Narrated byAnas
I know (about) the Hijab (the order of veiling of women) more than anybody else. Ubai bin Ka'b used to ask me about it.  Allah's Apostle became the bridegroom of Zainab bint Jahsh whom he married at Medina. After the sun had risen high in the sky, the Prophet invited the people to a meal. Allah's Apostle remained sitting and some people remained sitting with him after the other guests had left. Then Allah's Apostle got up and went away, and I too, followed him till he reached the door of 'Aisha's room. Then he thought that the people must have left the place by then, so he returned and I also returned with him. Behold, the people were still sitting at their places. So he went back again for the second time, and I went along with him too. When we reached the door of 'Aisha's room, he returned and I also returned with him to see that the people had left.
Thereupon the Prophet hung a curtain between me and him and the Verse regarding the order for (veiling of women) Hijab was revealed.

*** The meaning of Hijab in the above story has obviously nothing whatsoever to do with any order concerning the 'veiling of women' as a full body cover but only as a curtain separating the living room from the private rooms of the house hold***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 8.257        & 1.148  Narrated byAisha

***  Utter nonsense! No Muhammadan can point out such a verse in the Quran. In the Ahadith, on the other hand, it is reported that such a verse existed.

If it did existed and is not in the current Quran, then the Quran has been tampered with casting a huge shadow upon its veracity. If such an important verse is missing, then what else have been taken out or put in the Quran? How could it be divine if it is so corrupted? ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 6.282 & 315 Narrated bySafiya bint Shaiba
'Aisha used to say: "When (the Verse): 'They should draw their veils over their necks and bosoms,' was revealed, (the ladies) cut their waist sheets at the edges and covered their faces with the cut pieces."

*** According to the wife of Muhammad (the mother of the believers), the veil was to be a cover for the neck (not mentioned in the actual verse) and bosom of the woman (24:31) and not a total body cover with only her eyes showing as later Muhammadan scholars deliberately perverted the interpretation of the word.

As Aisha pointed out (BH 1.486) to her husband Muhammad, women in 'Islam' are treated equal to the donkey and the dog ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 1.486        Narrated byAisha
Do you make us (women) equal to dogs and donkeys? While I used to lie in my bed, the Prophet would come and pray facing the middle of the bed. I used to consider it not good to stand in front of him in his prayers. So I used to slip away slowly and quietly from the foot of the bed till I got out of my guilt.

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 1.490        Narrated byAisha
The things which annul the prayers were mentioned before me. They said, "Prayer is annulled by a dog, a donkey and a woman (if they pass in front of the praying people)." I said, "You have made us (i.e. women) dogs. I saw the Prophet praying while I used to lie in my bed between him and the Qibla. Whenever I was in need of something, I would slip away, for I disliked to face him."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 6.313        Narrated byUmar
I said, "O Allah's Apostle! Good and bad persons enter upon you, so I suggest that you order the mothers of the Believers (i.e. your wives) to observe veils." Then Allah revealed the Verses of Al-Hijab.

*** The operative expression  here is 'enter upon you', that is enter his household. That is exactly the reason why the verse of the 'Hijab' was conveniently 'revealed' to Muhammad as mentioned by Anas bin Malik.

The Hijab was a curtain or a separator to divide the living quarters from the private ones. It had absolutely nothing to do with covering the women from top to bottom excluding the eyes!***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 9.517        Narrated byAnas bin Malik
The Verse of Al-Hijab (veiling of women) was revealed in connection with Zainab bint Jahsh. (On the day of her marriage with him) the Prophet gave a wedding banquet with bread and meat; and she used to boast before other wives of the Prophet and used to say, "Allah married me (to the Prophet) in the Heavens."

*** The Hijab verse had and has NOTHING whatsoever to do with VEILING the woman , covering her as if she were a PRIVATE PART, but everything to do with separating the living rooms from the bedrooms and private areas of the Muhammad's household.

Al Haj Maulana Fazlul Karim, 'Mishkat al Masabih', Volume 2, P692
" A woman is like a private part. When she goes out, the devil casts a glance at her"***

Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 4091        Narrated byAisha, Ummul Mu'minin
May Allah have mercy on the early immigrant women. When the verse "That they should draw their veils over their bosoms" was revealed, they tore their thick outer garments and made veils from them.

*** It was the male enforcers of the Quran who created these abominable, unjust and unnatural rules and regulations against the female followers not for their protection but specifically for controlling and pocessing them as an object for sexual gratification, procreation and keeping the man fed and obeyed.

It is beyond comprehension to believe that the Almighty - the Compassionate and Just - created women to be covered by a blanket and not able to reveal their beauty and charm that the Almighty endowed them with but that He would allow men only to exhibit and expose themselves***

24: 30 Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and be modest. That is purer for them. Lo! Allah is Aware of what they do.

24: 31 "And say to the believing women that they should lower their gase and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw(Yadhribna) their veils (bi khamrihinna) over their bosoms(Juyubihinna) and not display their beauty except to their husbands, fathers……."

*** The Quran uses and applies EXACTLY the same Arabic terms for Men & Women regarding modesty and proper decorum; yet, Muhammadan scholars imposed the most inhuman and horrible rules regarding the female believers than those applied to the male believers.

The meaning of the Arabic words actually eluded the greatest Muhammadan exegetes so much so that different meaning were attributed to them to suit the later agenda of the males among the followers of Muhammad.

In Arabic,Yadhribu means to strike and NOT to cover. In Arabic, bosom is called Nahd or Sadr and NOT Juyub whose actual meaning (like in a shirt) are Pockets and/or Nasal Sinuses as attested to in the Arabic dictionaries themselves.

Khamrihinna is assumed to be a veil/head scarf or even associated with wine and intoxication. What Muhammad had in mind and what his followers interpreted is almost irreconcilable.

Yadhribna = Strike/ Draw

Nahd, Sadr, Qalb = Bosom

Jayb = Pocket (pl. Juyub)  or Nasal Sinuses (Anfiya)  NOT Bosoms

Khamrihinna = Veil or Wine***

For those 'Muslim' women who are 'proud' to wear the Hijab as they claim that it 'liberates their bodies', a few verses and chapters from the Quran and Hadiths concerning the importance and highly esteemed value and position of the female believers, may enlighten them to the facts and bring them down to reality:

2: 223        Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will.  But do some good act for your souls beforehand; and fear Allah and know that ye are to meet Him (in the Hereafter) and give (these) good tidings to those who believe.

*** Muhammadan Islam relegates womanhood to the level of a field suitable for ploughing and sowing seed, and the man as the tiller. They are only an object for his pleasures and desires, when, where and how it suits him.

Other rules and regulations regarding their 'important and elevated position in Muhammadan Islam are:

A husband may beat his wife with or without a reason, at will.

A woman cannot sue for divorce on any grounds. And many more of the same under Sharia laws***

2: 228        "Divorced women shall wait concerning themselves for three monthly periods nor is it lawful for them to hide what Allah hath created in their wombs if they have faith in Allah and the Last Day.  And their husbands have the better right to take them back in that period if they wish for reconciliation.  And women shall have rights similar to the rights against them according to what is equitable; but men have a degree (of advantage) over them and Allah is Exalted in Power Wise"

4:3 "If you fear that you shall not be able to deal justly with orphans, marry women of your choice who seem good to you, two or three or four; but if you fear that you shall not be able to do justice (to so many), then only one, or (a slave) that you possess, that will be more suitable. And give the women their dower as a free gift; but if they, of their own good pleasure, remit any part of it to you, eat it with enjoyment, take it with right good cheer and absorb it (in your wealth)."

4:11 "Allah directs you in regard of your Children's (inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females. These are settled portions ordained by Allah."

4:15        If any of your women are guilty of lewdness take the evidence of four (reliable) witnesses from amongst you against them; and if they testify confine them to houses until death do claim them or Allah ordain for them some (other) way.

*** Why do not these  four witnesses intervene to save the woman from rape instead of being imbecile voyeur bystanders who become as guilty as the rapist for not saving the woman? ***

4:34        Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other and because they support them from their means.  Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard.  As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct admonish them (first) (next) refuse to share their beds, beat them ; but if they return to obedience seek not against them means (of annoyance): for Allah is Most High Great (above you all)
4:43 "Believers, approach not prayers with a mind befogged or intoxicated until you understand what you utter. Nor when you are polluted, until after you have bathed. If you are ill, or on a journey, or come from answering the call of nature, or you have touched a woman, and you find no water, then take for yourselves clean dirt, and rub your faces and hands. Lo! Allah is Benign, Forgiving."

***The Qur'an claims women are unclean and polluted; worse than dirt ***

24:2 "The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication flog each of them with a hundred stripes: let not compassion move you in their case in a matter prescribed by Allah if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment"

***This was abrogated by the hadith that stipulated a punishment of stoning to death which is invariably applied to women only ***

24:34 "Force not your slave-girls to whoredom (prostitution) if they desire chastity, that you may seek enjoyment of this life.  But if anyone forces them, then after such compulsion, Allah is oft-forgiving."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 1.301        Narrated byAbu Said Al Khudri
Once Allah's Apostle went out to the Musalla (to offer the prayer) o 'Id-al-Adha or Al-Fitr prayer. Then he passed by the women and said, "O women! Give alms, as I have seen that the majority of the dwellers of Hell-fire were you (women)." They asked, "Why is it so, O Allah's Apostle?" He replied, "You curse frequently and are ungrateful to your husbands. I have not seen anyone more deficient in intelligence and religion than you. A cautious sensible man could be led astray by some of you." The women asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is deficient in our intelligence and religion?" He said, "Is not the evidence of two women equal to the witness of one man?" They replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her intelligence. Isn't it true that a woman can neither pray nor fast during her menses?" The women replied in the affirmative. He said, "This is the deficiency in her religion."

*** Had the women been wiser and less frightened, they should have pointed out to Muhammad that he was using circular logic since the religious rules and regulations perpetrated against them were made by him in the name of Allah in the first place ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 3.826                                                                                         "The Prophet said, 'Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?' The women said, 'Yes.' He said, 'This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind.'"

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 4.547        Narrated byAbu Huraira
The Prophet said, "But for the Israelis, meat would not decay and but for Eve, wives would never betray their husbands."

Bukhari:6.28 "The Prophet said: 'I was shown the Hell Fire and the majority of its dwellers were women who are disbelievers or ungrateful.' When asked what they were ungrateful for, the Prophet answered, 'All the favors done for them by their husbands.'"

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.30/2        Narrated byAbdullah bin Umar
Allah's Apostle said, "Bad omen is in the women, the house and the horse."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.33        Narrated byUsama bin Zaid
The Prophet said, "After me I have not left any affliction more harmful to men than women."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.48        Narrated byHishams father
Khaula bint Hakim was one of those ladies who presented themselves to the Prophet for marriage. 'Aisha said, "Doesn't a lady feel ashamed for presenting herself to a man?" But when the Verse: "(O Muhammad) You may postpone (the turn of) any of them (your wives) that you please," (33.51) was revealed, 'Aisha said, "O Allah's Apostle! I do not see, but that your Lord hurries in pleasing you."

*** Even a TEENAGER such as Aisha was at the time, realised that there was something very unusual in the manner that Muhammad received his conveniently 'descended' alleged 'revelations'. They were all 'MADE TO ORDER'***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.114        Narrated byAbu Huraira
The Prophet said, "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not hurt (trouble) his neighbor. And I advise you to take care of the women, for they are created from a rib and the most crooked portion of the rib is its upper part; if you try to straighten it, it will break, and if you leave it, it will remain crooked, so I urge you to take care of the women."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.124        Narrated byUsama
The Prophet said, "I stood at the gate of Paradise and saw that the majority of the people who entered it were the poor, while the wealthy were stopped at the gate (for the accounts). But the companions of the Fire were ordered to be taken to the Fire. Then I stood at the gate of the Fire and saw that the majority of those who entered it were women."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.125        Narrated byAbdullah bin Abbas
……... Then I saw the (Hell) Fire, and I have never before, seen such a horrible sight as that, and I saw that the majority of its dwellers were women." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What is the reason for that?" He replied, "Because of their ungratefulness." It was said. "Do they disbelieve in Allah (are they ungrateful to Allah)?" He replied, "They are not thankful to their husbands and are ungrateful for the favors done to them. Even if you do good to one of them all your life, when she seems some harshness from you, she will say, "I have never seen any good from you.' "

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.126        Narrated byImran
The Prophet said, "I looked at Paradise and saw that the majority of its residents were the poor; and I looked at the (Hell) Fire and saw that the majority of its residents were women."

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.158        Narrated byAnas
I will narrate to you a Habith I heard from Allah's Apostle and none other than I will tell you of it. I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "From among the portents of the Hour are the following: Religious knowledge will be taken away; general ignorance (in religious matters) will increase; illegal sexual intercourse will prevail; drinking of alcoholic drinks will prevail. Men will decrease in number, and women will increase in number, so much so that fifty women will be looked after by one man."

*** Women will be 'looked after by one man' as if they were a herd of domestic animals such as cows and sheep***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.164        Narrated byAisha
Once Sauda bint Zam'a went out at night for some need, and 'Umar saw her, and recognizing her, he said (to her), "By Allah, O Sauda! You cannot hide yourself from us." So she returned to the Prophet and mentioned that to him while he was sitting in my dwelling taking his supper and holding a bone covered with meat in his hand. Then the Divine Inspiration was revealed to him and when that state was over, he (the Prophet was saying: "O women! You have been allowed by Allah to go out for your needs."

*** Even to go out to defecate, Muhammad 'received' an INSTANT 'REVELATION' from the ever so obliging Allah, to allow women to relieve themselves***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 7.329        Narrated byAbu Musa Al Ashari
The Prophet said, "Many men reached perfection but none among the women reached perfection except Mary, the daughter of ' Imran, and Asia, Pharoah's wife. And the superiority of 'Aisha to other women is like the superiority of Tharid to other kinds of food."

*** Mary was never the daughter of Imram the father of Moses and Pharao's wife Asia was never mentioned in the Bible to be so honoured. Muhammad's Quran played havoc with the contents of the Bible with utter contempt to veracity, facts, reality or TRUTH***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith  7.68 & 9.79        Narrated byAisha
I asked the Prophet, "O Allah's Apostle! Should the women be asked for their consent to their marriage?" He said, "Yes." I said, "A virgin, if asked, feels shy and keeps quiet." He said,
"Her silence means her consent."

*** This has a double meaning:

(a) If silence means her consent, then her refusal should be honoured also; unfortunately this is not obeyed or followed by the immense majotity of his followers. Moreover, how could a little girl, a child, voice her opinion towards her elders?

(b) if silence means consent, then the silence of the majority of his followers to all acts of illegality, violence and hatred, also means their consent, since they are not objecting ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 8.803        Narrated byAsh Shabi
From 'Ali when the latter stoned a lady to death on a Friday. 'Ali said, "I have stoned her according to the tradition of Allah's Apostle."

*** The Sunna of Stoning, 'abrogated' the other methods of punishment that are in the Quran ***

Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 9.219        Narrated byAbu Bakra
During the battle of Al-Jamal, Allah benefited me with a Word (I heard from the Prophet). When the Prophet heard the news that the people of the Persia had made the daughter of Khosrau their Queen (ruler), he said,
"Never will succeed such a nation as makes a woman their ruler."

*** As usual, Muhammad was again wrong, since many of the greatest leaders in other countries were QUEENS***

In conclusion, there is not a single verse, either in the Quran or in the Hadiths that condemns the women of 'Islam' to have their bodies covered (except for the eyes).

All these deliberately false interpretations of the meaning of the Veil, were instituted by the male exegetes for the sole purpose of having complete and total control over both the body and the soul of their female counterpart.

The veiling of the woman in Muhammadan Islam insults and degrades BOTH of the sexes because it implies that on the one hand, as if the body of a woman is an evil provocation to the male believers, and on the other hand, that the male believers are unrestrained animals who neither have the morals nor the intellect to control their sexual appetites, unlike most other men in other societies.

In the present era of the 21st Century, the Fundamentalist Muhammadan Muslims are attempting to undermine Western and non believing societies by using the Hijab issue to gain political and religious footholds in the laws of these countries and hence expand the envelope of their power over believing women even in democracies.

The HIJAB is NOT a religious issue at all and no Muhammadan can, based on all the 'Islamic' information that is available to the world prove it to be.

It is a purely POLITICAL and CONTROL mechanism that they are using against, what are unfortunately, ignorant politicians and law makers in the democracies who are not knowledgeable enough to call their bluff ***
